Jesse Stiglich Music School: Where Passion Meets Performance
25 Brow Ave. Braintree, MA 02184

Music has the power to inspire, connect, and uplift —and at Jesse Stiglich Music School, students of all ages are discovering their musical voices with the guidance of talented instructors who love what they do.
A Musical Journey Rooted in Passion
For Jesse Stiglich, music has always been a way of life. His journey began at the age of seven when his grandfather gave him his first piano lesson. By eleven, Jesse found his true calling in drumming, a passion that led him to study at UMass Lowell and teach privately throughout Massachusetts. His experience as a professional drummer, playing gigs and learning firsthand from the stage, heavily influences his teaching style today.
Jesse officially launched his music school in 2021, initially focusing on drum lessons. As demand grew, so did the school—expanding to include piano, voice, guitar, trumpet, and violin instruction. Now, with two locations and a team of 12 dedicated instructors, the Jesse Stiglich Music School is a thriving hub for aspiring musicians of all ages.

A Unique Approach to Music Education
What sets Jesse’s school apart? It’s their student-first philosophy. “We teach based on where the student is at,” Jesse explains. This means personalizing lessons to each student’s learning style, interests, and goals. Beyond private lessons, students have access to a variety of exciting performance opportunities, including:
- Two recitals per year
- Open mic nights
- Farmers’ market performances
- Rock band programs, where students form bands, choose names, and even record EPs at professional studios
- & more …

With lessons available for students as young as three through adulthood, the school welcomes all skill levels. Their preschool percussion program introduces the fundamentals of rhythm and movement, while more advanced students fine-tune their skills with guidance from seasoned professionals.
Building Confidence, One Note at a Time
For many students, learning an instrument isn’t just about mastering notes—it’s about building confidence. Jesse and his instructors create a welcoming, encouraging environment where students feel comfortable stepping out of their comfort zones. Whether through one-on-one instruction, group lessons, or band coaching, the emphasis is always on positive reinforcement and community support.

“It’s amazing to see students surprise themselves,” Jesse says. “Learning an instrument can be challenging, but with practice, they realize how much they can achieve.”

Success Stories & Future Plans
Over the years, several students have pursued music professionally, with some attending prestigious programs at Berklee College of Music and UMass Lowell. Some have even returned to the school as instructors, continuing the cycle of musical mentorship.

As for the future? Jesse hopes to spread the word about the school and continue growing, bringing more music to more people. Summer camps, trial lessons (offered at 50% off for first-timers), and community events are just a few of the ways the school engages with local musicians.
